The concept of Irish coffee has become universally one of the most popular drinks known in the world today. Though there are multiple variations out there, the original recipe isn’t as basic as spiking coffee with a shot of whiskey.
Created in Ireland by chef Joe Sheridan in the early 1940s, this coffee drink was designed to be mixed with the same care and precision as that of a latte or cappuccino.
