Take care of your mental health with SKILLR

While SKILLR isn’t a dedicated mental health app per say, there’s a handful of ways you can use it to support your mental well being. SKILLR is free to download and empowers you to learn new skills, get coached or be entertained with the help of professionals. You only pay for the time you spend in a session (at a rate of $1 per minute). Here are just a few things you can do on the app:

Get mindful

Learn self-awareness through mindfulness training. Mindfulness is the art of learning to observe your thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations without judgment. Instantly connect with an expert for a live, personalized meditation or breathwork session. Anytime, anywhere.

Get fit

It’s no secret exercise boosts your mood. Match with a personal trainer, yoga instructor or golf instructor to get fit, get lit and get a hit of endorphins.

Get advice

Life stuff got you stressed? Stress less by getting advice from a divorce coach or brush up on your job interviewing skills with a career coach. Or, learn how to use cannabis to support your mental health by calling a cannabis concierge.

Get coached

Get by with a little help from the Pros. Working with a dating coach can help you reduce stress and develop healthy attitudes to bring into the dating world. You can also work with a sober coach to tackle substance abuse issues.
